Here is a quick trick if you find yourself with nightly snack attacks. Stock up on LARGE oranges and then eat half. The other half can go to your significant other. They donīt know it, but you just helped control their calorie intake as well as your own. And yes, half an orange usually will be enough to satisfy most snack attacks.
