Here is one of my favorite stress busters... do something TOTALLY DIFFERENT. Today, I cleaned the house, baked and listened to an entire CD before coming anywhere near the computer. Believe it or not, it was just what I needed! My house is clean, the scones look and smell incredible and my mood...is blissful. Who would have thought?
